Clackamas County, Ore. – On Friday January 28th, 2022 at about 12:29AM, Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a two-vehicle crash on 99E at SE Boardman Ave.

Preliminary investigation revealed a northbound green/black Kawasaki motorcycle, operated by Norman Steach (34) of Portland, rear-ended a red Ford F150, operated by Benjamin Partain (44) of Portland.

Steach suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased. High speed by Steach is believed to be contributing factor to the collision.
